CALON SAFETY - Health and safety policy

This policy is designed to provide guidance and applies to all employees and all those working alongside, in partnership and on behalf of Calon safety solutions LTD. The scope and direction of Calon safety solutions LTD is to integrate the management System is applicable to the project capital management under the control of Calon safety solution.

Calon safety solutions LTD business model is based on the creation of shared value for the company and the society. With our work to implement our company’s safety culture – for example through implementing strict policy, procedures and safe systems of works for employees and contractors – we also act on the safety culture of the communities in which we operate, both by giving an example of commitment and by minimising accidents on our sites to achieve beyond zero harm.

WE AT CALON SAFETY SOLUTIONS LTD ARE COMMITTED TO: Continually improve our Company’s performance with regards to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE), Fulfil all statutory legislation, applicable standards and other compliance requirements. Set business objectives, targets that are compatible with the organisations business strategy and as agreed with senior management, progress will be monitored on a regular basis.

Appropriate resources to complete business objectives and targets to establish, implement, maintain and improve the Quality, OH&S and Environmental management system are available.

We are committed to effective communication of all relevant health and safety requirements by  utilising personal electronic devices and intranet, company training programmes, noticeboards of these policy requirements to all persons working for and on behalf of Calon safety solutions LTD

This policy is available to the public or any other relevant interested parties through the Company web site, notice boards or upon request.

The prevention of pollution to the environment and protection of biodiversity and ecosystems, climate change mitigation and adaptation through strict adherence to legislative requirements and codes of practice.

WE SHALL PROVIDE: Safe working environment, safe systems of works, Information, instruction, training and supervision to enable work to be carried out safely without compromise, raise awareness throughout the business and take all practicable steps to reduce the risk to as low as reasonably practicable to prevent ill health, loss, damage, environmental impact or personal injury whist we conduct our business.

This policy is regularly reviewed to ensure effectiveness and suitability.
